FIELD: metal structures manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of metal structures, in particular metal structures for the manufacture of a corrugated panel of a collapsible container for the carriage of goods by various modes of transport: sea, road, rail, etc. The invention discloses a line for the production of a corrugated container panel, a method for manufacturing a corrugated container panel and a panel, made in accordance with this method. The line for the production of a corrugated container panel includes sequentially located: a roll unwinder, including an axis for placing rolls on it with a total width of up to 3 meters, a roll rolling device, including rotating shafts that ensure the straightening of sheets into a flat horizontal sheet form with preliminary docking along a horizontal plane edges of the sheets together into one panel, a device for joining and longitudinal welding of the sheet, where the sheets are finally aligned and joined together in one plane and the joined edges are welded with continuous seams to ensure complete tightness, a device for cutting sheets, including a transverse knife, made with the possibility cutting sheets across the length to a predetermined size, a sheet corrugating device, including upper and lower profiled rolls, ensuring the passage of the sheet between them and its corrugation, a feeding table having a transport surface and providing receiving a sheet after its corrugation and moving to the next stage of processing, a device for assembling and welding panels with side shelves, including the supply of at least one side shelf and a corrugated sheet, their alignment in a plane and joining each other and welding the elements together with a continuous seam, finished panels stacker conveyor, including a movable conveyor table, which provides receiving finished products, stacking them in stacks and transporting the stacks to the exit.
EFFECT: simplification and optimization of manufacturing a corrugated container panel of a given length and width in one cycle, increasing the accuracy of manufacturing a finished corrugated container panel.
