FIELD: shaping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for moulding corrugated and cellular plastic products and can be used for manufacturing fillers of radiopaque panels from fibre glass plastics; in particular, to a line for continuous moulding of shaped products from a sheet workpiece. The line comprises a sheet workpiece feeding unit; a moulding module made in the form of endless upper and lower parallel rows with rotation transmission elements and hinged shaped elements configured for pairwise engagement. The even rows of the shaped elements herein are shifted relative to the odd rows by an amount equal to the cell depth. A corrugation module is placed herein in front of the moulding module, consisting of horizontal rows of upper and lower shafts linked into a unified rotation system and containing even and odd pairs of corrugating elements multiples of the cell pitch, with the number thereof increasing in the direction of movement of the workpiece. Heating elements are also placed in the cell moulding zone, and the shaped elements of the moulding mechanism are made in the form of a comb with a tooth geometry matching the shape of the cell; the combs are interconnected at the ends into a tape, wherein the upper and lower tapes are connected with tensioning apparatus and combined into a unified rotation system.

EFFECT: increase in the working capacity and reliability of the equipment raising the manufacturing quality of cellular products.
