FIELD: aerospace engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of simulating the process of capillary occlusion in the wall of closed container (1) with a liquid, based on the effect of different factors for a given period of time by each factor. For each capillary blockage factor, a physical experiment is carried out for its opening by convective blowing of closed container (1) with an air-helium mixture and recording the opening process time interval duration for each factor with subsequent determination of the capillary volume, assuming the capillary shape in the form of a rectangular cylinder with a height equal to closed container (1) wall thickness.
EFFECT: improving evaluation accuracy of capillary occlusion degree in the wall of a closed container.
