SUBSTANCE: neutralization is carried out with aqueous solution of neutralizing agents in the foam at resistance 10-70 min, at its consumption 1-10 l per 1 kg semifinished product, at 20-40 C for 15-30 min. The source of neutralizing agents: sodium hydrocarbonate, sodium sulfite and sodium formate. The source of surface-active substance: prevocell, ОП-10, metaupon and neckal. Composition for neutralization has components at the following concentrations, wt.-% neutralizing agents 0.4-20.0; surface-active substance 1-15, and water the rest.
