FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: ferromagnetic powder with the size of particles by the factor of 1-3 less than the particles of the granular material is used as ferromagnetic material. The correlation of masses of the granular material and the ferromagnetic powder is defined as equal to 1:1-1:0.01. The application of the ferromagnetic powder on the granular material is carried out by means of their joint mixing. It is exercised with the acceleration "d" determined from the expression: g<d<{Pbr :(0,5·dg·ρ·103)}·g,, where g free fall acceleration, Pbr breaking load for the granules of the granular material, d granule size of the granular material, ρ density of the granular material. When the granular and the ferromagnetic materials are mixed in the correlation of 1:1-1:0.1, the free ferromagnetic powder is separated from the granular material by means of separation. Then the magnetic separation is fulfilled. The experimental data showed that the endurance of the binding increased by 5-6% and the yield of the non-magnetic product increased by 11.4% EFFECT: increased yield of the non-magnetic product and its endurance at the expense of increasing the degree of contrast of the magnetic properties of the granular material by means of the selective adhesive binding of the ferromagnetic material particles when it is applied to the surface of the granular material. 1 cl, 1 tbl
