FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: during motion of nose cone of rocket in atmosphere, counter air flow sets turbine in rotation. Rotation is transmitted through reduction gear to envelope made in form of rings whose ends are freely engageable. Rings have lateral hole and are provided with catch which ensures successive connection of each of them to drive at one-revolution interval. When hole of ring coincides with pocket where reagent module is located, reagent escapes outside under action of centrifugal force. EFFECT: enhanced proportioning of reagent due to discharge of reagent module at equal distances at rocket flight path. 5 dwg
