FIELD: hydrometeorological service, meteorological rockets for active action on clouds with the aim of prevention of hail-damage, causing of precipitation. SUBSTANCE: nose cone has a remote-control device with an igniting assembly installed in threaded cavity of nose cone, body with an axial duct filled with igniting- retarding compound and radial ducts accommodating the active smoke generators. The central duct of the nose-cone body with a diameter of 0.098 to 0.17 of the rocket caliber, beginning from depth of 0.14 to 0.27 of the rocket caliber, expands on the taper surface with an angle at the top within 55 to 90 deg. The igniting-retarding compound is positioned below the level of the hole communicating the axial duct with the radial duct at a depth of 0.28 to 0.39 of the rocket caliber. The end of the nose-cone body is positioned at a distance of 1.2 to 3.2 of the rocket caliber from the igniting remote-control device. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
