Abstract SU 1331394 A1

FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: in process of irradiation of 1.iF crystal with Mg impurity by ionizing radiation at 25 C F-aggregate centers of color absorbing within wide range from 0.2 to 1.0 μm are formed. In addition to mentioned color centers there are created centers of color absorbing in region 0.6-0.7 μm and irradiation in region 0.66-0.82 μm. It is found that optimal temperature of crystal irradiation at which maximum concentration of them is observed is 250 C. With growth of crystal in inert or reducing atmosphere at 80-300 C concentration of magnesium centers rises and reactive losses in region of their absorption and radiation are reduced.
