FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: new substances showing enhanced activity are synthesized from nitrobenzoic acid hydrazide and maleic anhydride in the medium of acetonitrile. Yield is 91%, m. p. is 179-180 C (for ortho-nitro-derivative) and 96% and m. p. is 195-196 C (for para-nitro-derivative). Synthesized compounds show enhanced activity and less toxicity as compared with that of maleic acid N-benzoylhydrazide. Platelet aggregation degree for synthesized substances is 50%, LD50 = 590-540 mg/kg against 65% and 270 mg/kg at the dose 27 mg/kg. EFFECT: enhanced activity of synthesized compounds. 1 tbl
