FIELD: hermetical sealing control. SUBSTANCE: heater 2 is fixed in body 1. Made in the form of plate pyroelectrical converter 3 is fixed through heat isolation layer on heat sink 4. Measuring mean is linked with converter 3 and is made as direct current amplifier 6 with connected to its output through RC-circuits differential amplifier 9 with different input constants of time. Testing gas enters body 1 and changes gas conductivity and temperature of heat flux. In the case moment of polarization of ferroelectric of pyroelectric converter 3 is changing and pulse of current enters amplifiers 6 and 9. RC-circuits prevent passing of spurious signals with constant of time bigger, than amplifier 9 biggest input constant of time. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and reliability of detection of gas-shaped substance in points of leakage.
