FIELD: optoelectronics, structures of multiple unit thermal receivers designed for detection of spatial energy characteristics of pulse and continuous radiation. SUBSTANCE: the invention is featured by presence of a body with an intake port, whose sections have different attenuation factors for the detected radiation, module of a control circuit with a regulator made in the form of printed-circuit boards placed one under another, interconnected by metal pins engageable with the body, supporting ring for placement of a dielectric substrate, the intake port and the supporting ring are installed in the body wall the printed-circuit board of the control circuit module adjoins the ring, a film heater and a film temperature-sensitive element are positioned on the back side of the dielectric substrate. EFFECT: enhanced uniformity of the receiver zone sensitivity, expanded measurement range of the receiver with provision of linear dependence of the output signal on the value of the falling flow of laser radiation, provided use in the conditions of the effect of foreign electromagnetic fields. 3 dwg, 3 dwg
