FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in manufacture of resistance strain gauges. Cobalt oxide in the amount of 2-10 per cent by mass is used as additive to metal oxide in thermoresistive material containing zirconium dioxide 78-84 per cent by mass and yttrium oxide 9-19 per cent by mass. Thermoresistive material is produced by mixture of starting components, by plasticization of mixture with solution of polyvinyl alcohol with subsequent pressing of it and baking. EFFECT: increased temperature thermoresistive coefficient within temperature range 300-1000 C. 1 tbl
