FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: after charge melting in foundry the temperature-temporary working liquid smelt is carried out at heating above 160-240 C of melting point. Periodic electromagnetic stirring metal is carried out (1-3 cycles for 0.5-1.5 min for each cycle) in the process of melt holding for 10-30 min at these temperatures. Method ensures to enhance chemical and structural homogenity of melt and ingots, to provide optimal conditions for gases and nonmetallic inclusions removal on the basis of temperature heating regulation, time holding, cycle period.
