FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance with the method for obtaining a rapidly quenched non-porous solder after smelting, the nickel alloy is subjected to induction melting and the solder tape is cast by a quenching copper disk rotating at a speed of 15-30 m/s at an inert gas ejection pressure of 0.2-0.7 kg/cm2 at casting temperature 1250-1350°C. Solder has the following composition, wt %: Cr 3-12, 4-7 silicon, 2.5-5 beryllium, nickel remainder. Solder made as rapidly quenched amorphous ribbons with flexible or submicrocrystalline. The soldering is carried out under vacuum conditions (1÷5)×10-5 Mm Hg. By heating to a temperature of 1130-1170° with a speed of 20°C/min followed by 30-60 min and cooling of the brazed product with the oven. The soldered joint made of steel 12X18H10T, obtained with the use of this solder, is characterized by the tensile strength of the compound 520±20 MPa.
