FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: brass plates are used as a base. Plates are covered with intermediate layer. This layer is formed in water suspension of flouroplastic where phosphorus acid, oxides and salts of metals are added. Oxides and salts of metals form insoluble compounds. For example, Al(OH)₃, PbO₂, PbSO₄ or their mixtures, and base oxidizer, for example AgNO₃,, Cu(OH)₃. The layer is applied with a brush. Intermediate layer is covered with working layer. Heat-resistant fabric (fiber glass fabric, carbon-graphite, fluoroplastic material) treated with fluoroplastic is used as working layer. Assembly is sintered under pressure at the temperature of 405-420 C in dissociated ammonia agent. EFFECT: improved quality. 3 cl, 2 tbl
