SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of surface, application of first layer on this surface, drying and heat treatment of this layer, application of at least one additional layer, drying and heat treatment of this layer and final heat treatment of coat; temperature of final heat treatment exceeds that of heat treatment of layers; each layer is subjected to additional heat treatment which is performed during one stage or/and with preliminary heat treatment. Compositions for decorative coats and compositions for primer coats are proposed in invention.
