FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fluoroplastic fiber glass TAF grade, intended for use in the permissible operating temperature range from minus 100 °C to plus 250 °C as fire-retardant interlayer between lining and insulation of locomotive cabins laths, cars of rolling-stock rolling stock, passenger cars of locomotive traction, cars of special rolling stock of railway transport, providing waterproofing and prevention of their inflammation; fire-proof water vapor permeable gasket in shelves and chairs of cars; covering material (gaskets, floors, partitions) for heat, sound and chemical insulation of industrial equipment, pipelines, building structures and other technical purposes. Described is a method of producing fluoroplastic fiber glass TAF by impregnating a reinforcing base of glass fiber of electrical insulating marks with aqueous suspensions of fluoroplastic-4D, grades F-4DS and F-4DU with subsequent heat treatment.
EFFECT: technical problem, solution of which is the present invention, consists in improvement of coating continuity.
