FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis for alloplasty of knee joint includes U-shaped base 1, fasteners made in the form of perforated rods 2 disposed in V-shaped groove 6 and secured at one end to respective pin 10 rotatably disposed for being fixed in extreme positions in hole, and auxiliary attachment members made in the form of perforated two side and two front plates 3 and 4 curved to match configuration of base 1 and positioned around its periphery. After completion of accurate resection of medial and lateral plateaus of tibia with preserving ligament attachments owing to rational design of attachment members, prosthesis is to be implanted by leading in base 1 at the front of joint and then secured to bone. Arrangement of lamellar attachment members around periphery of base 1 and disposing of rod-like fasteners so that their position relative to base bottom could be changed reduces scope of operations and traumatism and makes attachment of endoprosthesis more reliable. EFFECT: diminished rate of traumatism in fitting prosthetic appliance due to repetition of shape of bone joint surface. 6 dwg
