FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: knee joint endoprosthesis has V-shaped flat base provided with profiled protrusion from the front, support squares mounted onto the base and fixed along the perimeter of the base, fixing elements with straps and fastening elements of any support square onto the base. Endoprosthesis has C- shaped lock washer with rests and claws. Fixing elements have resilient brace, jack and tenon. Tenon is made onto the base, and jacks made at any support square. Brace is mounted in jack to embrace the tenon. Lock washer is mounted onto the protrusion. Rests interact with recesses which are made in support squares.
