FIELD: dust-collecting equipment, can be used for collection of fine- dispersed aerosols from waste gases of industrial enterprises. SUBSTANCE: dust collector uses turbulence generator 5 made in the form of a grate of round-section bars and installed above liquid sprayer 7. The liquid sprayer is installed for rotation and made as perforated shell 8, with plates 9 of larger length, plates 10 of smaller length and horizontal circular discs 11 attached to it. The plates alternate in height and shifted relative to each other in rows, the plates of larger length are made as toothed ones. Dust-laden gas flow passes through horizontal jet of sprinkling liquid dispersity uniformly filling the sprinkling zone. At the same time small-scale turbulent fluctuations arise in gas flow that are produced at gas flow through the turbulence generator and at device rotation for liquid spraying. As a result, gas gets cleaned of dust due to mainly turbulent diffusion of fine-dispersed particles onto the surface of drips. Gas cleaned of dust gets into a drip pan with a vane swirler. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas cleaning of fine-dispersed dust particles due to turbulization with small-scale fluctuations of gas flow, improved unisprinkling zone and entrainment of drips by gas flow. 3 cl, 4 dwg
