FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: charge containing boron nitride powder and binder on titanium alloy-base has a mixture of ultradispersed boron nitride powder (grain size is 3-100 microns) and boron at the following ratio, wt. - % : ultradispersed powder of wurtzite-like boron nitride 3-4; cubical boron nitride (grain size is 3-100 microns - the rest). Binder has additionally 3-5 wt. - % ultradispersed niobium or zirconium oxides. The source of titanium alloy: alloy of nickel with titanium at the following ratio of charge components, wt. - % : mixture of ultradispersed boron nitride, powder of cubical boron nitride (grain size is 3-100 microns) and wurtzite-like boron nitride 60-80. Binder on the basis of alloy of nickel with titanium containing 3-5 wt. - % ultradispersed niobium and zirconium oxides - 20-40.
