FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: receptors of guinea-pig thymus lymphocytes are destroyed with trypsion. These receptors are specific to rabbit erythrocytes. Control and experimental lymphocyte suspensions are prepared. Thymus preparation is added to the experimental suspension. Thymus preparation is considered to be active if a number of rosette-forming cells in experimental sample is increased by 50 50± 10% 0% (not less) as compared with that in control one. Method ensures to evaluate activity of thymus preparation for 15 min. EFFECT: improved method of estimation.
