FIELD: apparatuses for tanks and oil storages gas exhausts purification from flying hydrocarbons used in oil refinery and others branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase effectiveness and cost efficiency of flying hydrocarbons trapping process by their decreased presence in composition of gas mixture after absorption and decrease of absorbent (A) specific consumption. Aggregate has absorber with branch pipes of phases inlet and outlet, located before absorber water scrubber to cool gas mixture from tanks, desorber for distillation of A, recovery of flying hydrocarbons and regeneration of A, cooler for A cooling to temperature below ) C, that is placed in cooling bath with high-boiling hydrocarbons to dissolve solid carbonic acid connected with inlet of counter flow heat-exchanger. Aggregate has settler for separation of trapped by water in cooler hydrocarbons and circulating water, main system of gas collection from point of pouring in and pouring out connected with gas removing pipelines with fan delivering gasses into absorber.
