FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: when power is supplyied, contacts of the first shaper P2 are shunted resulting in opening thiristor 21 through which is fed to the first group (П2) of electrode pairs and the first discharges are initiated at the electrodes simultaneously. As the result, shock wave accured which, in turn, creats the thrust in the direction of moving of the ship. The pressure of the shock wave, effecting the ship hull, decreasing at the shock wave propogate. The second group of electrode pairs is provided with the charge shaper whose contact are enclosed by flexible shell. When the shock wave attaines the second group P2, it presses the contact to each other and the second discharges are initiated at the second group P4 through teristor 21. As the result, the trust increases upto a maximum value and the negative pressure effecting the ship hull in face of collapsing preveous discharging is prevented. When the shock wave attaines the last group (П1) of electrode pairs, the shaper P1 of discharging of the first group is actuated again resulting in continuous operation of the propeller as long as the power is supplied.
