FIELD: geophysics. SUBSTANCE: device includes resonance chamber installed in shifter 1. Chamber is manufactured in the form of cylindrical tube 2 with eccentric weight 3. Hollow cylinder 4 on which surface there are rectangular holes 5 and 6 located along diametrically opposite generating lines is anchored inside tube 2 perpendicular to its axis. Semi-cylinder 8 in which surface sound absorbing holes 10 of triangular shape are made is mounted uniaxially for turning in cylinder 4. Cylindrical tube 2 is put into inner races of bearings 11, 12 for turning with reference to axis of shifter 1. Outer races of bearings 11, 12 are made fast in shifter 1 and have holes 13, 14 for flow of flushing fluid. In inclined borehole cylindrical tube 2 slews under action of weight 3 in direction of distortion plane. Semicylinder 8 set vertically by plumb line changes area of sound absorbing hole 6 with hole 10 of triangular shape. With this frequency absorbed by resonance chamber by which value zenithal angle is found changes. EFFECT: increased reliability of measurements, reduced time of measurement of distortion angle of borehole under conditions of vibration and bumping. 3 dwg
