Abstract SU 1492844 A1

FIELD: fluidics. SUBSTANCE: ejector has axisymmetric body 1 with active gas circular nozzle 2, high-pressure chamber 3, divider 4 coaxial with body 1 and active gas supply branch pipe 5. End surface 6 of body 1 is made in form of torus on side of divider 4; active gas circular nozzle 2 is formed by inner surface 7 of torus and outer surface 8 of divider 4. Divider 4 is provided with spiral passages for swirling of flow; these passages bring high-pressure chamber 3 in communication with circular nozzle 2; convex surfaces of passages are smoothly engageable with outer surface 8 of divider 4 and active gas supply branch pipe 5 is connected to high-pressure chamber 3 along axis of flow. Active gas enters high-pressure chamber 3, then it is set in rotation in spiral passages and then enters circular nozzle 2. At outlets of circular nozzle 2, flow turns through 180 deg due to Coanda effect and continues its motion along outer surface of body 1 entrapping the passive medium. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to pumping and mixing media with no limitation pertaining to shape and dimensions of mixing chamber. 2 dwg
