FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: aluminosilicate raw material is broken down in soda solution, resultant slurry is subjected to hydrocyclone sizing according to size grade 0.08 mm at 30-60 C. Fraction +0.08 mm is returned to further break down with aluminosilicate raw material, and fraction -0.08 mm is divided into two streams: 15-40% is returned to hydrocyclonizing operation and remaining amount to common break down with limestone. As compared to known method, that of invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of hydrocyclone sizing of slurry according to size grade 0.08 mm by 3- 14.2% and to reduce power consumption by 1.3-3.8 kW h/t. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 1 tbl
