FIELD: manufacture of turbines. SUBSTANCE: turbine is provided with additional bypass branch pipe 11. Inlet 12 and outlet 13 of branch pipe 11 are located before exhaust passage 2 in way of rotation of wheel 4; outlet 13 is oriented in direction of rotation of wheel 4. Turbine is also provided with bypass branch pipe 5 of braking system. In case of abrupt reduction of rotational speed of wheel 4, waste working medium possessing kinetic energy changes its direction towards additional bypass branch pipe 11, flows through this branch pipe and arrives to blades 10 of wheel 4 creating additional torque. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of turbine in case of abrupt reduction of rotational speed. 1 dwg
