FIELD: bridge building and can be used in supporting parts of bridge frameworks. SUBSTANCE: stationary bridge supporting part uses upper (1) and lower (2) sway beams, hinge with a cylindrical surface in the form of roller 3 positioned between them and provided with an anticreeping device made, for example, in the form of rack-and-gear drives; to this end, gears are mounted at the ends of roller 3 that are engageable with respective racks 6 disposed on sway beams 1 and 2. Buffers, consisting either of curved members 7 or rope, are also attached to the sway beams with travelling distance Δ of roller 3. When ropes are used, roller 3 is provided with drums on which ropes are wound at least in a single turn, and their crossed ends are directed to sway beams 1 and 2 and reeved on them on the side of travelling path of roller 3, facing the end of the bridge framework.
