FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: in case of change in level within one tetrad of capacitance transducer or in case of shifting to other tetrad, subtracting devices 19, 20 and 21 separate differential signals combined in pairs by outputs of capacitance transducer of tetrad being sampled and capacitance force-balance transducers which are then compared with reference voltage. State of outputs of comparing devices 22, 23 and 24 is recorded in register 26 and is analyzed by means of unit 27. Change-over from one tetrad to another is affected by means of switch 29 which is controlled by output code of reversible counter 30. EFFECT: enhanced response. 2 dwg
