FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in calculating content of polyamines in diurnal urine sampled from patient suffering from acute leukosis. If content of polyamines exceeds 49.1 mcmol/day and below, favorable course of disease is diagnosed. Should content of polyamines prove equal to 81.06 mcmol/day and above, unfavorable progress of disease is diagnosed. Disclosed method prescribes electrophoretically determining content of polyamines and then taking necessary measurements with aid of spectrophotometer at wavelength of 505 nm or photocalorimeter provided with green filter. EFFECT: disclosed method permits early diagnosing acute leukosis in infants during 9 h to accuracy of up to 100 % and selecting optimum tactics of treatment.
