FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining patient blood blast cells viability, examining their motor activity. Motor activity being retained in more than 20% of blast cells in 24 h from moment of culturing unfavorable leukosis development is forecasted. If mobile blast cell number is less than 15% favorable disease course is predicted. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis.
