FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: one should study blood by separating serum. Then it is dried and reduced to prepare suspension in vaseline oil. Then comes IR-spectroscopic analysis of obtained sample in area of cm^-1, then it is necessary to detect the height of absorption stripes' peaks at 1165 and 1070 cm^-1 maximums, after that one should calculate R value - the ratio of peak's height at 1165 cm^-1 maximum to peak's height at 1070 cm^-1 maximum, at R = 0.25 and lower acute leukosis is diagnosed. The present innovation could be applied at extensive screening trials to predict acute leukosis. EFFECT: more simplified and cheaper method of diagnostics. 6 ex
