FIELD: packing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hopper 1 with branch pipe 1 mounted on horizontal rectangular frame 3 and mechanism 4 for securing the neck of bag 5 coupled with a counterweight through flexible ties 6 and blocks 7. The counterweight is constructed as beam 15 with weight 16 pivotally connected with stands through power cylinder 17. The device has mechanism 4 for securing horizontal bag 5 which consists of power cylinder 9, rope 10 which encloses the branch pipe and having a loop for hooking hook 11, and flange 12 provided on the bottom face of the branch pipe. The branch pipe is connected with the hopper through corrugated pipe 13. The construction is secured to beam 18 and provided with nozzles 19, switches 20 and 21, gate 22, and corners 23. The neck of the bag, which encloses the branch pipe, is pressed to it by tensioned rope 10 and with filling the bag it drops down a balance with decreasing speed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
