SUBSTANCE: apparatus has guides 29 and 3, which are rigidly fixed on load-bearing pipe 3, hooks 31 and 32 positioned for fixation at required level in guides, two pairs of shaped brackets 33 and 34 pivotally fixed on levers, rollers 35,36 pivotally secured on lower ends of shaped brackets 33 and 34. Adjusting screws 37 and springs 38 are fixed on upper ends of levers. Wedge-shaped guides 39 are mounted on branch 3.
