FIELD: packing-unpacking equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has platform 20, load-bearing branch-pipe 1, insert retaining unit made in the form of hollow ring 21 carrying retainers 17 with hooks. Apparatus has frame 13 and rope system 15 attached on frame 13, which is mounted on movable platform through telescopic pole. Inner part 10 of pole has limiter, wedge 12 with retaining washer 14, which is connected with one end of rope system 15, whose other end is divided into two parts and rigidly connected with retainers 17. Retaining unit of enclosure is secured on load-bearing branch-pipe 1. EFFECT: increased efficiency by filling soft containers by means of inserts and without them and environmental protection. 4 dwg
