The ratio of peroxide compound to quaternary ammonium compound to hydrochloride of high-molecular tertiary amine being 55- 80:1:0,003-0,24. Biocide agent comprises as a quaternary ammonium base of general formula (R)₂R₁R₂N⁺X^-,, where R₂-CH₃ or -CH₂C₆H₅, X, X halogen and as a peroxide compound perhydrol or hydroperit.
