SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing butadiene rubber. Method of producing butadiene rubber by polymerisation of butadiene in presence of iodine-containing catalyst system with subsequent stoppage of polymerisation process with alkalized water in presence of quaternary ammonium salts, degassing of a polymerisate, extraction of rubber and regeneration of iodine, method is characterised by that quaternary ammonium salt is used in form of a 1 % aqueous solution in amount of 0.005–0.015 wt% salts per rubber, aqueous phase, formed during water degassing of polymerisate, is subjected to additional cleaning on a membrane filtration apparatus to produce pure water and concentrate of iodine-containing salts, from which iodine is extracted. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a concentrate of iodine-containing salts.

EFFECT: technical result is method increases degree of extracting iodine from aqueous phase to 99 %, reduces consumption of quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) due to use of 1 % solution of QAS and reduces water consumption due to its 85–90 % recycling.
