FIELD: mixing; applicable in chemical, petrochemical, food, wood-pulp and paper and other industries. SUBSTANCE: mixer has body with inlet and outlet of mixing materials, and cavitator located inside the body and made in form of blades of supercavitating profile and installed in hollow boss whose hollow accommodates device for excitation of hydraulic oscillations. Mixer has additional boss in form of hollow cylinder. Installed on boss external surface is additional cavitator made in form of blades of supercavitating profile. Blades of main cavitator are located in boss hollow. Blades of main and additional cavitators are inclined in opposite direction. Blades of cavitators are made in form of bent parallelepipeds whose front part is made in form of tetrahedral pyramid. Front part of blades has additional trihedral pyramid to form sharp front edge.
