FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas is admitted along axis of chamber 5 and oxidizer is fed around it in swirled flow. Products of incomplete mixing are tangentially fed to mixer 3 for final mixing where swirled flow is accelerated due to narrowing of mixer. At outlet of mixer 3, mixture enters narrowing axial passages 4 wherefrom it escapes to combustion zone at higher kinetic energy. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of burning of fuel through improved quality of mixture formation. 1 dwg
