FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: burner device for combustion of industrial wastes includes a shell with shaped inlet and outlet, ignition and pilot-light burners and an atomiser for spraying liquid component, and mainly industrial wastes. The shell is installed on a frame. Burners are located in outlet part of the above shell. The atomiser is located inside the shell. Outlet part of the atomiser axial channel is shaped. A hollow toroid ring for supply of fuel gas is installed inside the shell opposite the outlet part of the atomiser coaxially or almost coaxially to it. On inner surface of the ring there are through channels connecting a cavity inside the above ring to atmosphere. In outlet part of the shell there installed are the main burners for supply of fuel gas with a common header. Those burners are made in the form of hollow cylindrical shells, the inner cavity of which is connected to a fuel gas supply header. Air supply channels are made in their inlet part. A spreader in the form of a star-like shaped figure is installed in the outlet part. Longitudinal axes of the above burners are inclined inside the shell.
EFFECT: invention allows improving combustion efficiency of industrial wastes.
