FIELD: medicine; virology. SUBSTANCE: preparation has polymer as oil substrate according to general formula shown in patent application. The polymer is mixed with emulsifying agent selected from a group of preparations stabilizing reversible emulsions. Ingredients are taken in the following proportions in % by mass: polymer 85-95, emulsifying agent 5-15. The so obtained preparation is mixed with virus antigen to produce stable effective emulsion vaccine. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and stability of vaccine. 1 tbl
