The strain is deposited in collection microorganism strains in VGNKI at registration number = 1737/Georgia/2000/DEP. Virus is reproduced in suspension culture of cells VNK-21. Aminoethylethyleneimine in the concentration 0.025-0.05% is used as an inactivating agent. For purification of antigen suspension from inert impurities polyhexamethylene guanidine in the concentration 0.005-0.007% is used. For preparing the adsorbed vaccine aluminum hydroxide gel and saponin additionally are used as adjuvants and oily adjuvant is used for preparing emulsion vaccine. For preparing the sorbed vaccine antigenic material with content of immunogenic (146S + 75S) components of food-and-mouth virus, at least 2.0 mcg/ml and emulsion vaccine 4.0 mcg/ml.
