SUBSTANCE: during operation of the drive, actuator 25 rotates continuously; for switching on other actuator, for example, actuator 31, motor 1 is switched on, brake 39 is opened and brake 35 is closed which causes accelerated rotation of rotor of engine 1, i.e. makes it operate as generator, thus facilitating its subsequent throwing on the load. EFFECT: reduced power of electric motors due to their successive operation as generators. 2 dwg
