Points of connection of center-pop with holder are located over generating line in spaces between tabs. Height h of cap on central part of holder is chosen from relationship d ≅ h < 0.095 D, where D is diameter of center-pop of cathode, mm; d is minimal size of welded point, mm. Proposed structure of cathode-heating unit provides for serviceability for the course of 30000 cycles of switching on and off of voltage of filament and of time of heating level of best specimen of cathode-heating units of face type.
