FIELD: polymers processing. SUBSTANCE: parameters of vacuum extrusion process are changed as a function of the amount of volatile substances in the material being extruded. The amount of volatile substances is determined from the amount of liquid condensate obtained from released volatile substances. The amount of the released volatile substances varies in inverse proportion to the amount of volatile substances remained in the material. So the amount of condensate permits to estimate the amount of the remaining volatile substances in the finished product. The temperature, the flow rate, the rotation speed and other parameters are continuously controlled as a function of changing the amount of the released volatile substances. As a result, the product stability is enhanced by 20-30% . EFFECT: enhanced quality of finished product. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
