FIELD: solid polymers; polycondensate.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-rotary system for processing solid polymer particles of polycondensate. The system (100) contains at least one housing (50) with a cavity (51) of the housing, which in the degassing zone has at least one opening (54) in the housing through which vacuum is applied, and also containing an extruder auger (101), rotating in the cavity (51) of the body. Moreover, the system (100) contains at least: the first section (1) of the extruder with at least one zone (11) of supply and a zone (12) of dosing on the auger (101) of the extruder, the second section (2) of the extruder, which is made as a multi-auger section (2) of the extruder with a polyrotational device (20) and several auxiliary augers (26) rotating in it, and the diameter of the polyrotational device (20) is greater than the diameter of the auger in the first section (1) of the extruder, a transitional cone (21) formed between the sections of the extruder (1, 2) on the auger (101) of the extruder, and between the transition cone (21) and the cavity (51) of the housing, a conical gap (52) is formed, the drive zone (23, 24) located in the flow direction behind the transition cone (21), with open drive gears (23) of the auxiliary augers (26) and the extruder unloading section (3). At the same time, the conical gap (52) is adjustable by axial displacement of the auger (101) of the extruder relative to the body (50), at least one pressure sensor is placed in front of the transition cone (21) in the dosing zone (12), the auger (101) of the extruder is made with the possibility of axial displacement relative to the housing (50) using an adjusting device. In addition, there is a control unit connected to a pressure sensor and an adjusting device, wherein the width of the conical gap (52), depending on the pressure at the end of the dosing zone (12) of the first section (1) of the extruder, is adjusted in such a way that a higher pressure leads to the opening conical gap (52) and lower pressure to narrow the cone gap (52).
EFFECT: processing of solid polymer particles of polycondensate, which slows down or prevents the decrease in intrinsic viscosity during processing, or even increases the intrinsic viscosity.
