FIELD: chemical technology, heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: thiranoepoxyazacyclic monomers of the general formula where: a) X=Y - O--C6H4; b) X=Y - O--C6H5; c) X=Y ->CH; d) X - OH; Y - N. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of the corresponding imidazole or 1,2,4-triazole derivatives with sulfur and epichlorohydrin excess at 10-100 C followed by dehydrochlorination of reaction products with alkali at 10-100 C. Yield, m. p., C; empiric formula: a) 90-99; C13H14N2O2S; b) 94-98; 122-123; C21H20N2O2S; c) 81; C9H12N2O2S; d) 76; C8H11N3O2S.
