SUBSTANCE: upon receiving signals from programmable driver device 1, heating and cooling regulators 4 and 5 through switches 15 and 20 form a controllable action upon cooling air induction heating power control and cooling air flow rate control circuits 14 and 13, which are simultaneously stored in memory unit 21. When current collector switch 9 of temperature pick-up 6 is opened, unit 21 generate the control actions applied to control circuits 14 and 13.
