FIELD: transport mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic and hydraulic chambers 2 inside which electric dischargers connected through control mechanism and discharge formers to power supply source are anchored are placed under frame-platform 1. With operation of electric dischargers pressure increases in corresponding chambers 2 and protrusion is formed under these chambers. Formation of wave movement of protrusions is provided with control unit which includes endless flexible band 16, system of contacts under it and handle controlling movement of band.
